The Denver Broncos (+500) have the third-best odds to select Washington quarterback Michael Penix in the 2024 NFL draft, according to BetMGM.
The Broncos currently hold the 12th overall pick in the first round. Only the Las Vegas Raiders (pick No. 13; +375) and Minnesota Vikings (No. 11; +475) have better odds than Denver to select Penix.
It’s worth noting that BetMGM’s odds do not specify in which round a team will select Penix, so the odds aren’t restricted to the first round.
After the Raiders, Vikings and Broncos, the teams with the next-best odds to draft Penix are the New York Giants (No. 6; +700), Seattle Seahawks (No. 16; +900), New England Patriots (No. 3; +1000), New Orleans Saints (No. 14; +1200), Miami Dolphins (No. 21; +1600), Atlanta Falcons (No. 8; +2000) and Los Angeles Rams (No. 19; +2500).
There does not seem to be a clear consensus on where Penix will be drafted. Some pundits believe he will fall into the second round. One of our recent seven-round mock drafts for Denver has the Broncos trading down to select Penix near the top of the second round.
The draft will be held in Detroit from April 25-27.
