PFF gives Day 2 and 3 prospect fits for Rams

Wingo isn’t the next Aaron Donald, but he’s similarly sized at 6 feet and 184 pounds with impressive agility for a defensive lineman. The Rams do have Kobie Turner already as their 3-technique, but he played nose tackle last season so there’s no reason to believe he can’t play there a bunch again in 2024 to open up some room for Wingo.

Wingo may be undersized, but he can win with quickness and develop into a solid rotational piece in an NFL defensive line with the right coaching. He earned a 77.6 PFF grade in 2023, his third straight season of topping a 73.0 mark.
