Wisconsin football is midway through its spring practice period in preparation for the 2024 season.
The period is valuable for a Wisconsin offensive unit that needs substantial improvement after an up-and-down 2023 season. The program continued to use the transfer portal to improve the unit. It is now on offensive coordinator Phil Longo to optimize his system and eliminate last year’s mistakes.

The Badgers will get another opportunity to improve the offense and the overall team when the spring transfer window opens on April 16. There aren’t any clear areas of weakness, but any top-end talent would be a welcome addition to the depth chart.
