Rams trade: Nos. 19 + 52 (387 points)
Bears trade: No. 9 (387 points)
This deal mathematically works out perfectly for both teams, and it’d make sense for both sides from a roster-building standpoint, too. The Rams could go up 10 spots to grab someone like Odunze or TE Brock Bowers, while the Bears add an extra pick on Day 2, giving them five total selections in the 2024 NFL draft.
The Bears made a similar move in 2021 when they traded up from No. 20 to 11, giving up No. 164 and a first- and fourth-rounder in 2022 to make it happen.
