Raiders Draft Radar: Top wide receiver fits by round

McMillan is flying a bit under the radar due to the tremendous talent of the other two Washington receivers — Rome Odunze and Ja’Lynn Polk. Having those two on the team put McMillan in the slot much of the time, but that may have been just so Washington could have their three best receivers on the field at the same time.

The 6-1, 197-pounder put up led the Huskies in receptions (79) and touchdowns (9) as a junior, putting up 1098 yards receiving. His numbers dipped as a senior due to missing four games with a knee injury, which is also contributing to him being available late on day two.
