.15: Jared Verse, Edge, Florida State

.46: Ja’Lynn Polk, WR, Washington

.82: Ray Davis, RB, Kentucky

.117: Jarrian Jones, CB, Florida State

.151: Malik Mustapha, S, Wake Forest

.191: Javon Foster, OT, Missouri

.234: MJ Devonshire, CB, Pitt

Breakdown: With deeper receiver and cornerback classes, perhaps Ballard would decide to address edge rusher right away, knowing that finding immediate help at that position in this year’s draft will be more challenging. The third and fourth-round picks I do question, however. A running back at this stage of the draft is too early, given the other needs that the Colts have, and while I like Jones a lot, he is viewed as a nickel in the NFL, although he does have plenty of boundary experience. If the Colts were to take him, given that they have Kenny Moore, then maybe they see him as a boundary option. Mustapha could be a long-term strong safety option after Julian Blackmon’s deal is up. Foster, in the sixth round, would be a great addition. He could immediately compete for the Colts’ swing tackle role off the bench.
