Big Ten football power rankings after Week 12: Who is no. 1?

When it comes to the NFL draft, there are no surprises which schools have historically sent the most talent to the pros if you know your college football history. Not by coincidence, some of the traditional national powerhouses and blueblood programs have developed some of the top NFL draft prospects over the decades, which has led to some interesting and fun bragging rights for college football programs.

Which program has the most all-time draft picks in the Big Ten? That answer is about to change with the next round of conference realignments incoming this summer. Ohio State had long held the lead, but USC is about to crash that party. A similar development is about to happen in the SEC where Oklahoma will dethrone Alabama in the battle for the most all-time draft picks. But there remains one school sitting at the top of the NFL draft mountain for the moment heading into the 2024 draft. Will Notre Dame be able to hold off USC for another year? We will soon find out.

Here is an updated look at which schools have produced the most all-time NFL draft picks heading into the 2024 NFL draft. This list will be updated accordingly at the conclusion of the 2024 NFL draft.
