The strength of the Iowa Hawkeyes‘ football program was on display during the 2024 NFL draft and afterwards with several undrafted free agents inking deals.
Star defensive back and return specialist Cooper DeJean was selected in the second round and No. 40 overall by the Philadelphia Eagles.
Then, a pair of Hawkeyes came off the board in the fourth round. Tight end Erick All was chosen by the Cincinnati Bengals with pick No. 115 and punter Tory Taylor was drafted by the Chicago Bears with pick No. 122.
Defensive tackle Logan Lee rounded out Iowa’s 2024 NFL draft picks, coming off the board in the sixth round to the Pittsburgh Steelers with the No. 178 pick.
Following the draft, a trio of Hawkeyes signed as undrafted free agents. Defensive tackle Noah Shannon signed with the Las Vegas Raiders, defensive lineman Joe Evans inked with the Baltimore Ravens and tight end Steven Stilianos with the Tennessee Titans.
