2024 will be the fourth season for Tennessee football under head coach Josh Heupel. Heupel guided the Vols to a 7-6 (4-4 SEC) season in 2021, while going 11-2 (6-2 SEC) in 2022. Tennessee compiled a 9-4 (4-4 SEC) record last season.
Tennessee will kick off its 2024 football season on Aug. 31 at Neyland Stadium versus Chattanooga. The Vols will conclude regular-season play on Nov. 30 against Vanderbilt at FirstBank Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.
2024 will feature Oklahoma and Texas as expansion teams in the Southeastern Conference. The Sooners will host Tennessee on Sept. 21 at Memorial Stadium in Norman, Oklahoma.
