Meanwhile, out of the 13 tryout players who attended the Falcons’ rookie minicamp last weekend, safety Dane Cruikshank, defensive lineman Bradlee Anae and wide receiver Dylan Drummond are the only ones so far to ink a deal out of that opportunity. All three have prior playing experience.
Cruikshank has the most experience, with six years under his belt. He was a fifth-round draft pick by the Tennessee Titans in 2018. He stayed there for four seasons, went off to the Chicago Bears in 2022 but then returned to the Titans in 2023. Through his 54 career games so far, Cruikshank has made 66 tackles, two pass breakup and an interception. Last season, he appeared in just two games and did not record any statistics.
