Free agent fits for the Vikings post-2024 NFL Draft

The 2024 NFL Draft filled a lot of holes for the Vikings on paper. However, there are a few spots left that could use some free agency help.

A lot of the best free agents have signed because teams like filling roster holes prior to the draft, unlike baseball. Thus, the pool on the surface doesn’t look to be that great, but when you dig through it, there are some players who could be key contributors or a strong veteran presence for a young Vikings team.

Kwesi Adofo-Mensah will be talking to all the coaches, including coordinators Wes Phillips and Brian Flores. The team is going to have needs they realize are coming out of the rookie minicamp, so be on the lookout for signings as the weeks roll toward training camp.

Until then, here are some free-agent ideas the team could benefit from.
