The Titans’ complete 2024 schedule has been released. In case you missed it, here are the biggest takeaways from the schedule release, and here is a ranking of each opponent, from easiest to toughest.
Joseph Hefner of KC Sports Network recently assembled a neat graphic of each team’s rest differential in 2024. This graphic shows how many days of rest the Titans will have as compared to each opponent.
The Titans’ biggest advantage comes in Week 6 against the Indianapolis Colts. The Titans will have a six-day rest advantage over Indy, as the Titans’ bye week is in Week 5. The Colts, meanwhile, will head to Nashville for that matchup after playing at Jacksonville in Week 5.
The biggest rest disadvantage comes in Week 18. The Houston Texans will have a four-day rest advantage over the Titans. This is due to the Texans playing their Week 17 game on Christmas Day, which is a Wednesday. The Titans don’t play their Week 17 game until Sunday, December 29.
Now, a look at the rest differential for each game on the 2024 schedule.
