Titans House Provides a Look at What's to Come in New Nissan Stadium


NASHVILLE – Construction at new Nissan Stadium is off and running on the East Bank of the Cumberland River.

Titans House, the experience center for the new home of the Titans, is on the verge of fully opening its doors, and on Monday, the team hosted a media preview of the space in Germantown.

The by-appointment-only center will give current PSL holders and new Nissan Stadium waitlist members a guided tour through an immersive experience to learn about membership and seating options available in the new stadium.

“The goal is to bring them into this space, and show them the look, feel and vibe of what a new Nissan Stadium will look like, and how we’re really doing our best to make this stadium for everyone, for Nashville,” Titans Vice President of ticket sales Jim Rice said on Monday. “(Titans House) does a great job of representing what this stadium will be, and how we’ve tried to encompass everything that our fans in this city have asked for.”

At Titans House, those interested in purchasing season tickets will have an opportunity to see a view from their seats, whether it’s in a suite, or typical seats, what the team is calling reserved seats. All the seats in the new stadium will be padded, Rice said.

Sales for new tickets will take place in three waves, beginning with premier seat memberships this summer and continuing in 2025 with two waves of reserved seat memberships.

“We literally have an experience for everybody, every Nashvillian,” Rice said. “So that is our goal, that when they come through here, they realize that we listened to them. And maybe wave one isn’t for them. But we have two other waves with over 30 price points, and each one comes with a different experience.”

Inside “Titans House” is a six-foot by eight-foot model of new Nissan Stadium that shows off every detail of the new stadium.
