Howie Roseman has been the Eagles’ general manager for 13 NFL drafts, with plenty of hits and some highly acclaimed misses.
During those 13 drafts—not counting 2015, when Chip Kelly was in charge of personnel—Roseman has selected 105 players. At some point, the process turned to drafting fast, twitchy, athletic players at key positions.
Most insiders have rated the Eagles highly, and according to Kent Lee Platte of RAS.com, Philadelphia consistently has one of the most explosive classes in the draft.
RAS (Relative Athletic Score) measures a player’s athletic testing in relation to size and historical results.
It’s graded on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest, and Kent Lee Platte recently provided the scores for all 32 NFL rosters.
