The Cleveland Browns found an immediate impact player late in free agency a year ago, adding defensive tackle Shelby Harris in August of 2023. Just because the bulk of the NFL offseason has come and gone does not mean there are no players still on the open market who could come in and make an impact this season.
Harris immediately came in and became a rotational defensive tackle, stacking up pressures for defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz along Cleveland’s interior defensive line. He has since re-signed with the Browns, inking a two-year deal this offseason.
Could the Browns find another Harris this offseason as they enter the dead period before mandatory activities and training camp?
