There haven’t been many New Orleans Saints players to wear the No. 93 jersey — but those who have put it on have often made an impact. We’re counting down the days until the Saints open up their 2024 season against the Carolina Panthers by reflecting on all of the players who have worn the corresponding day’s jersey number.
Today, that group includes some of the best defensive linemen in team history — guys like Wayne Martin, Darren Howard, and David Onyemata. Not to mention one of the Rob Ninkovich, the one who got away from the Saints’ 2006 draft class to develop into a fan-favorite with the New England Patriots. Junior Galette had some great years with the Saints before injuries and poor off-field decisions ended his career.
