Patrick Mahomes hits Rashee Rice deep at practice

The Kansas City Chiefs shouldn’t have any problem getting their offense in gear next season with all of the new weapons general manager Brett Veach brought to Western Missouri since the team’s Super Bowl LVIII victory.

Between Xavier Worthy and Marquise “Hollywood” Brown, Patrick Mahomes will have no shortage of speedy receivers to target.

But second-year wideout Rashee Rice was the player who stole the show at Kansas City’s practice session on Tuesday by hauling in a deep pass from Mahomes that was caught on video and posted to the Chiefs’ social media pages.

Mahomes is no stranger to the deep ball and will benefit from having Rice in the fold with Worthy and Brown when Kansas City takes the field for its title defense campaign in 2024.
