Florida football has been focusing its efforts on the official visit front mostly during the weekends this month but a midweek stop from a massive offensive lineman technically in the 2024 made some huge waves on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Three-star center Jahzare Jackson, who graduated in 2023 and has spent a couple of years playing basketball for Overtime Elite in Atlanta, Georgia, swung through Gainesville on Tuesday for an OV with Billy Napier and the Gators. He is on the verge of aging out of his hoops league, which sets a cap at 20 years old.
The former IMG Academy attendee is now looking to the college gridiron as an option to cash in on his size and skills and lists himself at 6-foot-11-inches and 330 pounds.
