Every single week in the UFL, Willie Harvey Jr. was mentioned on the broadcast multiple times. He was absolutely stellar for the St. Louis Battlehawks – and after a recent workout with the Dallas Cowboys, will be signing to the team, per Tom Pelissero.

Harvey played with the Battlehawks in 2023, and saw success. However, his campaign in 2024 is what set him apart from almost every other linebacker in the league. Harvey totaled 78 tackles this year, leading the UFL, and earning him All-UFL honors.

On top of that, Willie Harvey Jr. found ways to make an impact in almost every way imaginable. He racked up nine TFL’s, four sacks, and six PBU’s this year according to theUFL.com. Harvey had a solid 71.8 Defensive Grade in 2024 via PFF, with a Pass Rushing Grade of 90.0.
Can’t say enough good things about the job Willie Harvey has done this season in the #UFL.
Feels like it’s every week he’s getting to the quarterback, while simultaneously flying around the field for PBU’s & tackles.

Throughout the year, Battlehawks DC Donnie Abraham spoke of Harvey’s growth from last season, and how “important” he was to the schemes he ran. With Willie being in the same system for the second straight season, it allowed him to show maturity in areas of his game that might have been lacking a year ago.
The St. Louis Battlehawks clearly had one of the most…
