Texas A&M’s 2025 recruiting class is filled with talent at nearly every position. Still, at the “most important” position at every level, five-star quarterback Husan Longstreet consistently stands out as the crown jewel of Mike Elko’s first official recruiting cycle.
This week, Longstreet attended On3’s annual Elite 11 event among ten fellow 2025 quarterback prospects, as all of us in the media had the chance to witness the collective arm talent in the cycle, while ten of the eleven participants are already committed to a program. According to those in attendance, Longstreet has already lived up to his five-star hype, as 247Sports’ Andrew Ivins reported that the Corona, California native arm strength remains unchallenged:
“He’s got the strongest arm in the class… The arm POPS.
While all of this is unsurprising after watching his tape, Longstreet was named the Day 1 camp winner, beating out fellow 2025 quarterbacks Deuce Knight, Keelon Russell, and Julian Lewis. With Day 3 in the books, here are the Top 11 performers during the event.
