Auburn football has been on a tear this month when it comes to recruiting.
Hugh Freeze and his staff have welcomed a wave of targets to campus for official visits since the summer began, and it has paid off. Five 2025 recruits have pledged their commitment to Auburn since the calendar flipped to June, and many others are strongly considering choosing Auburn as their college destination.
The most recent commitment for Auburn’s 2025 haul is four-star Alvin Henderson. Henderson, a running back from Elba, committed to Penn State in April, but never really felt that Happy Valley was the place for him. He flipped his commitment from James Franklin’s Nittany Lions to Hugh Freeze’s Tigers on Friday, becoming the fifth commitment of the month joining four-star safety Eric Winters, four-star cornerback Donovan Starr, four-star offensive tackle Broderick Shull, and three-star athlete Bryce Deas.
