The Georgia Bulldogs have added their 16th commitment in the class of 2025. Georgia football’s latest commitment is from four-star wide receiver recruit Tyler Williams. Williams’ commitment raises Georgia to the No. 3 recruiting class in the country and the second-best class of 2025 in the SEC.
Tyler Williams plays high school football for Armwood High School in Seffner, Florida, which is in the Tampa area. The 6-foot-1, 205-pound receiver has good speed and is ranked as the No. 376 recruit in the country. Williams is the No. 57 wide receiver and No. 52 prospect in Florida, per 247Sports.
Williams’ commitment to Georgia comes on the heels of CJ Wiley’s commitment to Florida State. Wiley, who is a four-star recruit in the class of 2025, was projected to commit to Georgia, but surprised many recruiting experts with his commitment to Florida State.
The name Tyler Williams sounds familiar to many Georgia fans. Former Georgia wide receiver Tyler Williams, who was also a four-star wide receiver recruit from Florida, transferred to Minnesota this spring.
