It’s a monumental day in the history of college athletics. Today in Norman, the SEC and the University of Oklahoma are commemorating the occasion with the Paul Finebaum Show on location and with Greg Sankey’s introductory press conference.
The Sooners join the conference with softball and women’s gymnastics teams that are at the top of the sport. A women’s basketball team and football team trending in the right direction as Jennie Baranczyk and Brent Venables develop their programs.
It’s an athletics program that’s one of the best in the sport over the last 25 years and on the gridiron has been one of the best in the history of the sport.
