The Cleveland Browns enter the 2024 season with a ton riding on the offensive side of the ball, and a big key to that will be the play of offensive tackles Jedrick Wills and Dawand Jones.
A year ago, both players ended up on Injured Reserve with season-ending knee injuries and are looking to bounce back with a vengeance. For Wills especially, he is entering the last year of his contract without living up to the hype of the No. 10 overall pick that he was. With a new offensive line coach in Andy Dickerson, however, Wills gets a clean slate with a new coach who may be able to connect with him better.
Jones enters the second season of his career after a stellar rookie season where he was thrust onto the field due to the season-ending injury of Jack Conklin in Week 1. Looking for an even stronger year two, Jones has the ceiling of a Pro Bowler as he mans the right tackle spot along the Browns’ offensive line.
