The day is finally here. The Washington Commanders officially kick off training camp on Wednesday. The rookie class arrived last week, and Washington’s veterans arrived on Tuesday.
The Commanders will have many new faces in 2024, beginning with general manager Adam Peters and head coach Dan Quinn. Washington’s roster will also look quite different this season. Peters added over 20 outside free agents, nine draft picks and 11 undrafted free agents.
Can the Commanders improve upon last season’s 4-13 record? While Peters and Quinn have downplayed any expectations, they’ve made it clear they’re here to win—and now. Veteran stars like Jonathan Allen and Terry McLaurin appreciate that mindset.
With practice beginning on Wednesday, the Commanders’ social media team captured several of the players arriving for the beginning of another long season.
