One day after resting their bodies, the Houston Texans returned to a rainy, damp practice field at the Methodist Training Center for their seventh workout of training camp. It also marked the third practice with fans being allowed to watch from the sidelines.
With the media drenched and fans waiting for photos and autographs, there were plenty of highlights to come out of Day 7, as shared by those in attendance.
The media and fans continue to share snippets from Friday’s practice, which featured ample footage of the offense at work during the 7-on-7 and 11-on-11 periods, as well as their successful two-minute drill. That included Noah Browns’ must-see one-handed touchdown reception from C.J. Stroud and the pristine route-running in man coverage by Tank Dell. Fans also caught a glimpse of tensions reaching new levels as another small skirmish broke out.
Players are ready to hit, but they have three more practices in Houston before traveling up to Canton, Ohio to take on the Bears in the Hall of Fame Game
