The Eagles are always looking to add depth to the roster. With the team starting preparations for the Baltimore Ravens, Adam Schefter reports that Howie Roseman is signing former Jaguars free-agent linebacker Shaquille Quarterman to a one-year contract.
Quarterman, 26, played his first four years in the NFL with the Jacksonville Jaguars, mostly on special teams.

Devin White, Zack Baun, and Nakobe Dean are battling for a starting position, and the addition of Quarterman could be a depth signing with Oren Burks battling an injury and Brandon Smith dealing with a concussion.
