The Cowboys have been on the road since arriving in California in late July, and for the first time this summer, they’ll be in Dallas. Sleeping in their own beds, playing at AT&T Stadium, and having that familiarity is a something that cannot be take for granted.
There’s a lot that goes into having camp on the West Coast, and the benefits it provides. From getting away from the sweltering heat, to adjusting to a new schedule, the Cowboys have taken advantage of leaving Texas for a few weeks.
However, with the Cowboys also playing their first two preseason games on the road, the players haven’t been home in a long time. They’ve got to be love finally being home.
