Several popular features return this football season, along with some new additions at Memorial Stadium.
COLUMBIA, Mo. – With another University of Missouri football season set to kick off with Thursday’s home opener, Mizzou Athletics will feature new game-day features and enhancements designed to elevate the fan experience at Memorial Stadium. The No. 11 Tigers host Murray State at 7 p.m. Thursday on SEC Network, the first of four consecutive home games to kick off 2024.
Expanded Videoboard & Enhanced Sound System
Thursday’s opener will mark the official debut of the stadium’s expanded North videoboard, which is 50% larger than its predecessor. Fans will enjoy a richer, more immersive audio experience throughout the stadium thanks to significant improvements made to the sound system. Thursday’s game also features a unique and innovative halftime drone show, with a fleet of 300 drones fitted with brilliant LED lights lighting up the Columbia sky at halftime for a 10-minute show in collaboration with Marching Mizzou’s halftime performance.
Fan-Friendly Pricing
The popular fan-friendly pricing initiative will continue, allowing fans to enjoy their favorite game-day concessions at affordable prices featuring cheeseburgers for $4.99 and Conecuh Hot Dogs, small popcorn, bottled water and bottled soda for $2.99. This commitment to accessibility ensures that all Tigers can enjoy the full Mizzou experience without breaking the bank.
