With the North Dakota State season opener in the rearview mirror for the Colorado Buffaloes, we can begin to look forward to games against the Nebraska Cornhuskers, Colorado State Rams and the start of the NFL season.
The NFL draft has not been kind to the Buffs lately. CU’s last drafted player was offensive lineman Will Sherman, who was selected in the sixth round of the 2021 draft by the New England Patriots. With the Buffs’ current roster having talents like quarterback Shedeur Sanders and wide receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter, that will surely change over the next couple of drafts.
