Predicting where Oregon Ducks rank in top 25 after Week 1 action

The Oregon Ducks are still among the many undefeated teams in the college football world after Week 1 of action, but they may not be feeling as good about their performance as some other teams.

The Ducks beat the Idaho Vandals, 24-14, but they did it listlessly, struggling offensively and looking nothing like we all expected them to look in 2024, where they were considered College Football Playoff contenders and a popular pick for the national champions before the season started.

Fortunately, it is only Week 1, and the Ducks have a long season ahead to correct things and get back on track. For now, though, it’s fair to think that they might get dinged a bit in the rankings based on their Week 1 showing.

Here’s how we think those top-25 rankings should shake out after the first week of action.
