Week 2 of the NFL is wrapped up, and now we are settled into the football routine. Watch the Terps do their thing on Saturday, then watch former Terps show out in the NFL. 

After the Terps handled business against our neighbors down south with a stellar 20-0 second half to earn the 27-13 win, we turned our eyes to the NFL on Sunday. 

Safe to say the Terps in the NFL did their best to rep the brand this week. 

 

Jakorian Bennett

Jakorian Bennett is entering his second season in the NFL with the Raiders. Returning to the DMV this past weekend, Bennett tallied two tackles and two passes defensed with one leading to an INT. Bennett’s effort helped the Raiders secure a stunning 26-23 win over the Ravens.

Deonte Banks

The Terrapins DBU agenda is still going strong. Following Jakorian Bennett’s strong showing in Baltimore, Deonte Banks showed off on the road against the Commanders. Banks tallied four tackles and one pass defended against the Giants NFC East rivals.
