Oregon Ducks open as three-score favorites over UCLA Bruins

After a week off in late September, the Oregon Ducks get back to work this week with the official beginning of their life in the Big Ten Conference.

The Big Ten debut won’t come against a traditional conference power, though. Instead, Oregon will make the familiar trek down to Pasadena to face off against the UCLA Bruins in the Rose Bowl.

On top of that, there aren’t any pieces on the Bruins’ offense that terrify you if you’re a Duck fan, so on paper, this should be a relatively easy win for Dan Lanning and his team.

Betting Advice

It’s early, and the Ducks are coming off of a bye, so we don’t yet know all of the injury news for the week, and what players may be returning to the field after the week off.

Regardless, I am inclined to lay the points here with the Ducks and trust that they have something to prove and want another dominant victory in the late-night window. I’m taking…
