NFL football is officially in full swing, my fantasy teams are officially bad, and the Oregon Ducks are putting on a show in the NFL. This season, it feels like there are more pro Ducks than ever, and former Ducks across the league are making big impacts for their teams.
This week, the story was two rookies who starred for the Oregon offense last year: Bo Nix and Bucky Irving. The Broncos QB and Buccanneers RB matched up this week, and both players showed out. Nix had his cleanest game in the NFL so far, and Bucky Irving’s shiftiness and refusal to go down was seen across the country.
Below, is an update on the rest of the Oregon Ducks playing in week three of the NFL season.
Justin Herbert – Los Angeles Chargers

Game Stats: 12/18, (66.7% completion rate), 125 yards, TDs, 2 sacks, 1 fumble
Justin Herbert wasn’t given the opportunity to throw much on Sunday, and when he was able, the Chargers couldn’t get much going in the passing game.
Bo Nix – Denver Broncos

Game Stats: 25/36, (69.4% completion rate), 216 passing yards, 47 rushing yards, 1 rushing TD
Bo Nix and the Broncos came alive this week, beating the Buccaneers by three scores. Nix didn’t turn the ball over for the first time this week, and although he’s still searching for his elusive first passing TD, his play was much improved.
Jevon Holland – Miami Dolphins

Game Stats: 4 tackles
Jevon Holland has been Mr. Consistency to start the year, grabbing four tackles in all three of the Dolphins games. Holland and the defense didn’t get much help from the Miami offense this weekend, losing to the Seahawks 24-3.
