Texas Longhorns v Mississippi State channel, time, TV, streaming info

Let the SEC era commence! The Texas Longhorns host the Mississippi State Bulldogs Saturday at Darrell K Royal – Texas Memorial Stadium in the program’s first SEC conference game.

We are still not sure who will start at quarterback for the Longhorns, Quinn Ewers or Arch Manning. On Thursday, Texas coach Steve Sarkisian told the media the decision hadn’t been made yet.

The Bulldogs have their own QB issues. Last week, Hail State lost starter Blake Sharpen for the season to a shoulder injury. True freshman Michael Van Buren Jr. will start against Texas.

Mississippi State has struggled this year. The Bulldogs head to Austin with a 1-3 record that included them getting blown out at home by Toledo. First-time head coach Jeff Lebby, in his first season in Starkville, will try to right the ship against the No. 1 team in the nation.
