Cooper is in the last year of his contract with the Browns, they are not competitive, and there is a need for wide receivers elsewhere around the league. Do you mean to tell me the Browns would scoff at a third round pick for Cooper if a team in desperate need of wide receiver help like the Kansas City Chiefs or Buffalo Bills came calling?
