Another week gone, another week of a disappointing offensive performance from the Cleveland Browns. This time it came against the Washington Commanders.
For the fifth game to start the year, the Browns offense has failed to score 20 points in a matchup. This also marks the fifth time that Deshaun Watson has failed to reach the 200-yard passing mark. In terms of what they need to improve, Cleveland has taken steps backward in their latest matchup.
Despite the lack of points and production from the offense, there were a few standout players who performed well against Washington. The tight end group had a very productive day when they found themselves an opportunity to make a play, showing why three tight ends found themselves on this list. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to help the Browns get closer to their goal of victory.
