Cleveland Browns defensive lineman Myles Garrett leaps over the line of scrimmage to block a 57-yard field goal attempt by Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott which is then picked up by Browns defensive back Rodney McLeod and returned 50-yards for a game-tying touchdown before the halftime whistle.
