The Cleveland Browns have announced their inactives ahead of their Week 7 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, and surprisingly among them is backup quarterback Jameis Winston.
Winston is listed as the third, emergency quarterback for the Browns in this matchup, meaning that he can only play if something happens to the first two quarterbacks ahead of him and has to immediately be removed if they are cleared to resume play. Second-year player Dorian Thompson-Robinson is set to backup Deshaun Watson in this game.
Not listed as inactive, however, are two starters who entered the game as questionable to play. The Browns will get starting center Ethan Pocic and MIKE linebacker Jordan Hicks back in this game as well. So who joined Winston as the inactives in this matchup?
