He’s back. The St. Louis Battlehawks have officially re-signed EDGE Travis Feeney, who returns for a third straight season with the team.

Travis Feeney has been a staple in the spring football scene. He played in the AAF with the San Diego Fleet, totaling 30 tackles and an interception in eight weeks. From there, Feeney made the move to the CFL, spending one season with the Toronto Argonauts.
In 2022, Travis made his way back to the States. He played in the USFL with the Tampa Bay Bandits, and had an excellent campaign with 50 tackles and 4.5 sacks in 10 games.

After his success in the USFL, Travis decided to jump to the XFL in 2023. He signed with the St. Louis Battlehawks, and the rest has been history. Feeney has instantly become one of the most loved players on the team – and for good reason. He’s been actively involved with the community since signing, and has a legitimate base of fans who show up to games to support him.
Feeney’s been playing excellent ball with St. Louis as well. In 2023, he had 32 tackles and five sacks, including a couple of fumble recoveries that were crucial in wins.

This past season, Travis started in all 10 games once again – posting a strong 69.1 Defensive Grade via PFF. He finished the regular season with 38 tackles, seven TFL’s, and five sacks.
