That is how many rushing yards Ohio State racked up against Penn State’s defense. They weren’t super efficient, needing 40 carries to reach that total. Unlike Penn State’s rushing totals, however, the running backs for Ohio State were more efficient than the overall run game was.

TreVeyon Henderson and Quinshon Judkins combined for 149 yards on 24 carries, averaging a healthy 6.2 yards per attempt. Penn State’s run defense bounced back against Wisconsin after a rough game against USC, but Ohio State presented too much of a challenge for them. While it isn’t exactly embarrassing to struggle against this run game, it ended up being a major reason for the loss. That is enough for it to be on this list.
