After their overtime victory against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Kansas City Chiefs are back to work as they prepare for an AFC West showdown with the Denver Broncos at Arrowhead Stadium in Week 10.
The defending Super Bowl champions held their second practice of the week today and released an injury that offered updates on key players including Patrick Mahomes, Kareem Hunt, and George Karlaftis.
Kansas City has battled injuries this season, and several important playmakers have had to miss games as a result, but the Chiefs have proven that they can find success despite the setbacks.
With its perfect season on the line against the Broncos on Sunday, Kansas City can’t afford to suffer further attrition.
