Dolphins’ cornerback Jalen Ramsey and wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr were members of the 2021 Los Angeles Rams, who won Super Bowl LVI, defeating the Cincinnati Bengals, 23-20. The icing on the cake was that the Rams achieved this in front of their home crowd at SoFi Stadium.

The Rams traded for Ramsey early in the 2019 season, acquiring him from the Jacksonville Jaguars. The trade worked wonders for the LA defense, as Ramsey put together two All-Pro seasons in 2020 and 2021. During the Rams’ championship season in 2021, Ramsey recorded four interceptions and 77 tackles in the regular season.

This will be Ramsey’s first game back at SoFi stadium since he was traded to the Dolphins during the 2023 offseason. He will have an incredibly important role against receivers Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua, especially if Holland and/or Kohou are unable to go.

Beckham was acquired by the Rams during their Super Bowl campaign in a midseason trade with the Cleveland Browns. While Beckham scored the first touchdown in the Super Bowl, he tore his ACL late in the second quarter. Ultimately, the devastating injury ended his Rams tenure and cost him the entire following season.

Beckham most recently faced the Rams last season in Week 14 while a member of the Ravens. He recorded four receptions for 97 yards and a touchdown. Beckham hasn’t made a huge impact on the Dolphins offense but finally got worked into the mix in Week 9. If Beckham is able to make an impact Monday night, it could go a long way toward securing a Dolphins victory.
