It’s been a wild month for safety Coby Bryant, who has been making a huge impact for the Seahawks after getting his first start this season in Week 7 against the Falcons. Bryant showed again in the Seahawks’ 16-6 win that he can make valuable plays for the team, coming up with his first career pick-six that he returned 69 yards. This comes a few weeks after getting his first career interception in Atlanta.
“I just give all credit to God,” Bryant said after the game. “All that I’ve been through, I’ve always held my head down, and just keep working. I never doubted myself. My teammates believed in me. The coaches believed in me and just took full advantage of the opportunity.”
Bryant finished the game with six tackles, one pass defensed and the pick six that changed the energy for the Seahawks in the third quarter.
“Coby (Bryant) getting the pick-six. That was awesome,” quarterback Geno Smith said. “Really, really lit up the crowd.”
