Penn State’s biggest concerns against the Maryland Terrapins

Penn State’s number one concern, at least defensively, has to be Maryland’s top receiving weapon. Tai Felton has been sensational for the Terrapins, leading the Big Ten in yards and receptions, and is tied for first in touchdowns. The numbers are impressive on their own, but the tape on him is maybe even better.

Felton has an NFL future waiting for him after this season, but he could really boost his profile if he finishes his last season in style with a big day against Penn State. Corners A.J. Harris and Jalen Kimber will have their hands full with Felton, especially if Billy Edwards Jr. is healthy enough to play. Their connection has been Maryland’s biggest bright spot in 2024.
