The Los Angeles Rams will try to bounce back from Sunday’s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles when they visit the New Orleans Saints this weekend. The Saints are riding a two-game winning streak and are coming off a Week 12 bye, so they not only have some momentum, but they’re also well-rested.
Despite those disadvantages for the Rams, who will be on the road in one of the loudest buildings in the NFL, Los Angeles is still favored. The Rams are 2.5-point favorites and the majority of experts are picking them to take down the Saints.
According to Tallysight, 85% of experts are picking the Rams to win on Sunday. Additionally, 81% of them are taking the Rams to cover the spread, with 71% picking the under of 49 total points.
The Rams are 4-2 against the Saints since 2017 when Sean McVay was hired, including their 2018 NFC title game. They won last year’s meeting at home, 30-22, covering the spread and pushing the total over the line of 45 points.
At 5-6, the Rams desperately need to win this game. They can’t afford to fall two games back of the Cardinals and Seahawks in the NFC West, which will happen if both of their rivals win and the Rams lose.
