I know it feels like it, but not all is lost Ohio State fans. Yeah, this game was a turd on top of a pile of turds. However, once all the dust settles on this thing, there will still be a chance to win a national championship because it’s almost a lock that OSU will make the College Football Playoff. The Big Ten Championship game is out of the question at this point, but yes, there’s still something to play for.

Hosting a playoff game isn’t going to happen at this point, but the Buckeyes will likely travel to a higher seed for a first round game and then go from there. There is a lot to correct after this one to think that OSU could make a run, but again … the roster is a very, very good one.

I know it’s little consolation at this point, but here we are.
