Justin Herbert over 20.5 passing completions (-130)

Herbert has gone over this line in only three games this season, but there is good reason to believe he soars over in this one. The Falcons have been susceptible to the pass this season, as opposing quarterbacks are completing 71.62% of passes. Furthermore, starting cornerback Mike Hughes will be out with a neck injury. This sets up to be the perfect opportunity for Herbert, who is looking to get back on track after a down performance last Monday night.

Ladd McConkey over 68.5 receiving yards (-115)

As mentioned above, Herbert is going to air it out, and he will be looking to his top target early and often. McConkey has gone over 80 yards in his last two games, drawing at least six targets in all but two games. The rookie wideout has a favorable matchup, as the Falcons allow the third-highest catchable target rate (85.2%) to slot receivers.

Chargers 1H moneyline (-110)

The Chargers have led at the half in all but three games this season. Their offense has averaged 13.7 points in the first half, which is ninth best in the league, while the defense has only allowed a league-best 5.7 points. Conversely, the Falcons have allowed the second-most points in the first half (15.1). The bottom line is that I trust Los Angeles to be leading at the half, but they’ve had too many issues with its offense in the second half for me to take them the full game.
