If you’re wondering how low the NFL season has been in Jacksonville, you don’t have to look far from New York. With these two teams sitting at the same record, it’s been a tough year for both.

Both locker rooms will not be looking at the 2025 NFL draft order before this game. But let’s face it, fans will be discussing how this is going to be an outcome that has a say in next year’s draft order.

The Jets defense will face a familiar quarterback on Sunday. Former New England Patriots QB Mac Jones is now in Jacksonville. He’s going to start because starting QB Trevor Lawrence (concussion) is on season-ending injured reserve.

Naturally, any change in quarterback is a talking point in the NFL.

In terms of the Jets’ injury report, there are top names to watch in the coming days. Last week, the likes of offensive lineman Alijah Vera-Tucker (ankle) running back Breece Hall (knee) and cornerback Sauce Gardner (hamstring) did not play in Miami.
