After going toe-to-toe with division leaders in three straight weeks, the Panthers were outcoached on both sides of the ball by a banged-up Cowboys squad.
Dallas defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer had the Carolina defense in a blender, as his pass rush closed in on six sacks of quarterback Bryce Young. Meanwhile, Panthers defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero and his unit were unable to slow down Cowboys wideout CeeDee Lamb (nine catches, 116 yards, touchdown), running back Rico Dowdle (25 carries, 149 yards) and quarterback Cooper Rush (three touchdown passes).
It was one of the worst overall performances by the Panthers in weeks. Head coach Dave Canales must take accountability for this loss.
